DESCRIPTION

CSR as a part of a profitable company social accountability to external stakeholders. CSR needs to be managed properly and precisely, so that the result will increase corporate branding and positioning of the company, particularly in the global era that emphasizes the need for an environmentally friendly company. In addition, CSR management should be able to give positive impact to internal stakeholders, which is the CSR must be in accordance with the company's value chain operations.

On the other hand, CSR is a company's obligation to implemented as mandated by Law No. 40/2007 article 74 of chapter V, the expenses must be managed, thus providing a positive impact to the company's future sustainability. So by this paradigm makes CSR management is not just a charity program, but it should be a powerful marketing tools.

The implementation of CSR must be accounted for, the other important component is how to create a Sustainability Report (Sustainability Report) that comprehensive (not just financial statements), so that it can be proven to support the company's strategy and to demonstrate their commitment to sustainable development of the geographic area targeted sales / operations.
