Target Audience

The Digital Business Transformation training and certification by the International Board of Standards is designed for business leaders, senior managers, and professionals across various departments—including marketing, operations, IT, and strategy—who wish to develop a strategic roadmap for digital transformation in their organizations.


Training Methods

Offline Training Method

  • Conducted face-to-face for 8 hours/day (08:00–16:00 WIB) over 2 days

  • Includes presentations, discussions, simulations, roleplay, and case studies

Live Online Training Method

  • Conducted live for 4 hours/day (08:00–12:00 or 13:00–17:00 WIB) over 2 days

  • Delivered via Zoom or Google Meet

  • Uses the same interactive techniques

Participant Preparation

  • Use a laptop instead of a smartphone

  • Ensure a stable internet connection

  • Prepare writing tools and notebooks

  • Install required applications beforehand

  • Contact staff if assistance is needed

Platforms Used

Materials may be shared via Google Classroom, Google Drive, Email, or WhatsApp depending on organizer instructions.

How to Join

Participants will receive an invitation link. After clicking the link and following the instructions, they will be directed to the live video session.


Examination Method

  • Conducted on the third day or based on mutual agreement

  • Held online via Zoom or Google Meet

  • Participants must complete 50 multiple-choice questions within a 2-hour time limit
