Background
The COGNICERT Certified ISO 30414 Human Capital Reporting Lead Auditor training program equips professionals with the knowledge and skills to assess and ensure compliance with ISO 30414, the international standard for human capital reporting. This standard provides organizations with a structured approach to measuring and disclosing key workforce-related metrics, including diversity, leadership, productivity, and employee engagement. Participants will gain a deep understanding of human capital reporting frameworks, best practices for data collection and analysis, and the role of transparency in enhancing organizational performance and stakeholder trust.
Through practical case studies and audit simulations, participants will develop the expertise to plan, conduct, and report audits in accordance with ISO 19011 guidelines.
