DESKRIPSI Digital Buying

Digital buying atau belanja secara digital atau belanja secara online  adalah proses dimana konsumen langsung membeli barang atau jasa dari penjual secara real-time, tanpa layanan perantara dan  melalui Internet. Digital buying merupakan  bentuk perdagangan elektronik. Sebuah toko online, e-shop, e-store,  internet shop, webshop, webstore, online store, atau  virtual store adalah tempat yang analog dengan tempat belanja  (supermarket) namun secara virtual (maya).Digital buying dapat berupa transaksi  Business-to-Consumer (B2C)  online shopping atau  Business-to-Business (B2B) on line shopping.  Terdapat banyak  hal yang perlu diketahui   sebelum memutuskan untuk melakukan digital buying atau on line shopping. Training ini akan membahas tentang berbagai hal berkaitan dengan digital buying meliputi: jenis-jenis online buying, cara pembayarannya, user interface, cara delivery, logistic system dan hal-hal yang dapat merugikan konsumen seperti fraud dan penipuan, pemalsuan,dll.
