Pada minggu ketiga Desember 2022, tepatnya di tanggal 12 dan 13 Desember PT Expertindo yang merupakan perusahaan training dan consulting terbaik di Indonesia mengelar In House Training berjudul Customer Experience Management di Jakarta. Training ini diikuti 11 peserta yang berasal dari  PT Nusantara Regas. PT Nusantara Regas (atau yang selanjutnya dikenal sebagai ‘NR’ atau Perusahaan) didirikan sebagai anak badan usaha milik negara (BUMN) yang merupakan perusahaan patungan antara PT Pertamina (Persero) dan PT Perusahaan Gas Negara (Persero). Adapun pembahasan training yang rencananya dibagi menjadi beberapa batch dan berlangsung tepatnya di Hotel Morrissey Jakarta antara tanggal 12 dan 13 Desember 2022 ini adalah sebagai berikut.
