For companies, institutions or organizations which are already implemented the quality management system based on ISO 9001:2015, an execution of Internal Quality Audit is a must, since it is a part of Continual Improvement Cycle.  An Internal Quality Audit is also regulated in clause 9.2 of ISO 9001:2015, there fore an knowledge on how the Internal Audit is conducted becomes important and should be understood by the Internal auditor of the Organization.

Through the internal audit companies, institutions or organizations would be able to detect in advance any mistakes, discrepancies or deviations and take action to improve or anticipate them.

To have an effective and efficient internal audit, the auditor team needs to know and understand the techniques and methods how to  conduct good audit. Despite of having understood the ISO 19011:2011 about the guidelines for quality and/ or environmental auditing, it still needs training and experience for the auditor team to smoothly, efficiently and effectively conducting the internal audit.
