DESCRIPTION

This training  will offer an overview and implementation of Project Management in the e-Business project development. The course is designed and  based on the perspective of improving project delivery, which is one metric of a Project Management success; and practically it is an important measure. The industry  that have implemented  Project Management need to ensure the Project Management is providing expected results, and adding value to the business. This course will provide strategies and tactics to enable process improvement for a currently established project management procedure in the organization executing projects especially for the e-Business innitiatives. The training shall provide the capabilities to the participants in determining how best to use the Project Management methodology for organization advantage, and how to develop and use a competency model for project professionals involving in the projects. Discover methods to implement the typical project management and the specific functions which should be performed as related to project implementation. Assess the maturity of your project management team and recognize its contribution to professional responsibility in project management. The workshop is built around a series of consecutive structured lectures, class exercises, and class discussions with the perspectives of project management. The scope of the course includes discussion of the components of the Project Management Knowledge that will be implemented in the e-Business project implementation, and this shall cover such as: recognizing critical characteristics of a PM team to foster organizational success in implementing the e-Business projects , prevent runaway in the e-business projects, conduct a project audit , perform a competency analysis, identify key roles and responsibilities in e-Business project implementation, prepare a Project Charter, conduct an project  implementation assessment, establish metrics for gauging and monitoring performance, develop a e-Business project  implementation plan, use the  project management best practices to promote professional e- Business projects.

 

OBJECTIVES

At  the completion of the course participants shall benefit from the course such as:

  1. Gain an in-depth understanding of the Project Management Knowledge a well designed in the  project implementation methodology, and effectively shall  have the capability to effectively implement the knowledge in the E- Business project implementation.
  2. To provide hands-on project management training for designing e-business applications and web sites using the market software packages, web authoring and development tools.
  3. What project management is all about and how to approach it successfully for E-Business project.
  4. The importance of planning, management, team building, and organization.
  5. The issue of budgeting in E-business project management, including cost budgeting and personnel budgeting.
  6. The importance of estimating, guessing, and milestones in project scheduling for E-Business projects.
  7. How leadership and communication affect project management.
  8. How variables and risks should be approached when planning an E-business  project.

  • Project Managers and project staffs with responsibility for the project execution, and Project Management team including Methodology and Functional Experts, Project Managers, and Project Coordinators. METODE TRAINING

Metode pelatihan dapat dilakukan dengan dua metode dimana Peserta dapat memilih metode yang sesuai. Metode tersebut adalah :

  1. Metode Offline Training(Classroom) yaitu:
  2. Instruktur mengajar secara tatap muka dengan durasi 8 jam perhari selama 2 hari secara terjadwal.
  3. Teknik yang digunakan : presentasi, diskusi, tanya jawab, studi kasus, brainstorming.
  4. Metode Live Online Training(Sinkron) yaitu :
  5. Instruktur mengajar secara LIVE dengan durasi 4 jam perhari selama 2 hari secara terjadwal.
  6. Media Live training dapat menggunakan Google Meet, atau Zoom.
  7. Ketentuan  Online  Training :
  • Persiapan Peserta
  1. Dianjurkan menggunakan laptop, bukan smartphone.
  2. Koneksi internet yang stabil.
  3. Buku dan alat tulis.
  4. Peserta menginstall aplikasi  sesuai yang akan digunakan, sebelum jadwal training berlangsung. Untuk yang mempunyai kesulitan, bisa menghubungi staff kami sebelum jadwal training berlangsung.
  • Platform yang digunakan
  1. Beberapa alternative platform  Zoom, atau Google Meet untuk conference live training.

METODE UJIAN
