Deskripsi

Workshop on Internal Quality Audits ISO 9001:2015 to expose participants to the concepts, guidelines, procedures and practices in the implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS) that is effective. Participants will also be taught to handle the actual auditing process (Role Play). At the end of the program, participants are able to operate efficiently Internal Audit.

Tujuan Kegiatan

• Understand the concept of the new ISO 9001:2015.
• Understand the new requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and the skills necessary to implement.
• Understand the new requirements of standards audited ISO 19011:2000. *Strengthen the management audit.
• Knowledge needed in the beginning of Quality Improvement

1. Session 1: Understanding Model ISO 9001:2015 for the process.
2. Session 2: Application Requirements of ISO 9001:2015.
3. Session 3 : Audit Implementation Phase.
4. Session 4 : Audit and Audits As an improvement to as Agents of Change

Sasaran Peserta

This 2 day course, must consist of Process Manager, Executive Officer, Executive Staff and Internal Auditors who wish to improve, maintain and audits the QMS.
