OVERVIEW

HR is the main investment of an organization. Based on this idea, various methods are taken by organizations to develop the quality of their human resources. Related to this, currently many companies are aware of the importance of learning and development as a step to improve the quality of their human resources. Learning and development itself is a program that aims to improve individual and organizational performance through increasing individual capabilities within the organization.
