OVERVIEW
Negotiation is an attempt to reach an agreement with your negotiating opponent so that you can achieve your goals. We often don’t prepare ourselves well to negotiate or get involved in the process before we have time to think it through. When negotiations occur we often feel dissatisfied. We hope that we have spent more attention and time beforehand to achieve satisfactory results. If you follow this training well, you will get the best results for yourself and others. These steps will help you achieve results that satisfy all parties and improve the quality of the relationship.
