Digital innovations such as big data and analytics, cloud and mobile solutions, social media, and the Internet of Things are changing  the  dynamics  of  competition  across  industries. Business leaders know they must transform their organizations in response, but they do not know how. Having the right technologies in place is important, but not sufficient. The full benefits of digital transformation can only be   realized   through   a clear   understanding   of   digital technologies, a visionary   digital   strategy,   appropriate organizational change, and extensive capability building. We have designed  the Digital Marketing  syllabus to cover the aspects of Internet, Social Media and Mobile Marketing that we think are most relevant to the marketing mix for ‘Business to Business’ (B2B), ‘Business to Consumer’ (B2C) and ‘Not-for- Profit’ marketing, communications and PR. The   training   encompasses   the   channels,   platforms   and techniques  covered  over  the  intensive  4-day training  course should be at the core of any general marketing plan and form the foundation for digital marketing activity, whether in-house or outsourced to third party agencies and consultants. The American Academy certified tutors will work hard to share their  experience  and  expertise  in  the  time  available,  giving participants that a general overview of each aspect of Digital Marketing  and  sharing  techniques  and  strategies  that  the participants can implement effectively for business growth and development of business.

Target Audience

The Digital Business Transformation training and certification by International Board of Standards is designed for business and marketing leaders and senior managers from all business areas, such as marketing, operations, IT, and strategy, who wish to develop a strategic roadmap for digital business transformation in their organizations.

 

Training Methods

The training can be conducted using two methods, allowing participants to choose the most suitable option:

  1. Offline Training Method:
  2. The instructor conducts face-to-face training for 8 hours per day (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (WIB)) over 2 scheduled days.
  3. Techniques used: presentations, discussions, practical exercises/simulations, roleplay, and case studies.
  4. The training is conducted in a classroom setting.
  5. Live Online Training Method:
  6. The instructor conducts live training for 4 hours per day (8:00 AM – 12:00 PM or 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM (WIB)) over 2 scheduled days.
  7. Techniques used: presentations, discussions, practical exercises/simulations, roleplay, and case studies.
  8. The training is conducted via Zoom or Google Meet.
  9. Live Online Training Requirements:
  • Participant Preparation
  1. It is recommended to use a laptop instead of a smartphone.
  2. Ensure a stable internet connection.
  3. Prepare notebooks and writing tools.
  4. Participants must install the necessary applications before the training session. If assistance is needed, they may contact our staff before the training begins.
  • Platforms Used
  1. The primary platforms for live training sessions are Zoom or Google Meet.
  2. Materials, assignments, and documents can be accessed via Google Classroom, Google Drive, Email, or WhatsApp, depending on the organizer’s instructions.
  • How to Join the Video Conference
  1. The organizer will send an invitation link.
  2. Click on the provided link and follow the instructions.
  3. You will be directed to the video conference session.

 

Examination Method

  1. The examination will be conducted on the third day or according to a mutual agreement.
  2. The exam will be held online using Zoom or Google Meet.
  3. Participants will be required to complete 50 multiple-choice questions within a 2-hour time limit.
